With Red Sox trading Anderson Espinoza, how does a Top 15 prospect in MLB usually pan out?

Last week Red Sox President Dave Dombrowski pulled off a trade in which the Sox acquired San Diego starting pitcher Drew Pomeranz for Red Sox prospect Anderson Espinoza.

At the time of the trade, Espinoza was considered by Baseball America to be a Top 15 prospect in all of MLB.

It got me thinking. How have these projections worked out? I went back to 2009 and looked for every pitcher that was ranked at some point in the top 15 (pre-season, mid-season, etc.)
