Does winning 21 of the first 34 games in a season mean anything?

Does the Red Sox being (21-13) through 34 games mean anything? History says yes.

Over the last 30 years the Red Sox have won at least 21 games through 34 games thirteen times (excluding 2016). 12 out of 13 they won a minimum of 85 games with a maximum of 97.

Only one year did they fall below (.500) and that was during the horrendous Butchie Hobson strike shortened season of 1994.

Here are the results.
